Limited License

We grant you a limited, revocable (at any time, at our sole discretion), non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to access the Site via general purpose Internet browser software for purposes of learning about our products and making purchases, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Purchase of Products

Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and descriptions of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Product descriptions and photos are for informational purposes only and may not completely match the products, given their unique character and frequent changes in design.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we reject your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Payment via WhatsApp

Important: We process payments through WhatsApp. When you place an order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to complete the payment process. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information, including your WhatsApp number
• Respond to payment requests in a timely manner
• Complete payment as agreed during the WhatsApp conversation
• Understand that orders will only be processed after payment confirmation via WhatsApp

We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from your failure to respond to WhatsApp payment requests or provide accurate information.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated to you during the order process and via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• In their original condition and packaging
• Complete with all tags, labels, and authenticity cards attached
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
• Returned from locations within the United Arab Emirates

Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used (via WhatsApp payment reversal or store credit, as applicable). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after we receive and verify the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to designate certain products as non-returnable. Such designation will be clearly indicated in product descriptions or order confirmations. We offer no refunds on products designated as non-returnable.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Site Use

Site use and any purchase is "as is" and at your own risk. We make no express representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this Site or the condition, features, or availability of products described or offered for sale on this Site. We disclaim all implied warranties and representations, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shell Fashion Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase of products shall not exceed the greater of the actual amount paid by you for the products or AED 1,000.

Force Majeure

Except for payment obligations, non-performance or late performance of either party shall be excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible, commercially unreasonable, or delayed by strike, fire, flood, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, war, acts of terrorism, labor conditions, supply restrictions, communication or shipment problems, failure of suppliers, or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the reasonable control of the non-performing party.

User Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
